Headshots :: Maneta Anand

A new look for Maneta Anand of Homelife Benchmark Realty, as she gets back into the real-estate game after a year off on maternity. Not only does this bollywood look-alike sell real-estate, she sure knows her fashion! Maneta got the attention of traffic as we shot under the Golden Ears bridge in Langley. Oh my poor clients and the odd locations I find for them hehe. Enjoy, and do give her a shout  when you are looking to buy/sell real estate in the lower mainland!

Rakesh + Jinita :: Lifestyle Session

All the way from San Francisco, Jinita made an appearance for her fiancé Rakesh, at our Vancouver-based lifestyle session. I dragged the couple around town on a beautiful day, but of course still too chilly for Californian, Jinita :) Check out some of my fav shots of the gorgeous couple!

Dhami Family :: Family Session

Congratulations to Sharon and Dean as they welcome the newest member to their family - newborn baby Amara!  I saw an article just recently (I think shared from Sharon hehe) that two daughter families are the happiest!  I sure do believe it, after seeing the energy in this family, and not to mention the bond shared amongst all the cousins in this gorgeous bunch!  I couldn't help but notice how amazing U.S. Navy dad, Dean is with his daughters. You can see that this family cherishes every precious moment together.

Finally, a girl! Seems like there has been a lot of baby boys lately, so it was nice to photography cute little Jeeya at one month old. Check out the quick shots we got of Jeeya in between her feeds (she is a hungry lil' one :) And yes, that is her smiling at just one month old, all cuddled up like a pea in a pod!

Kam + Raji :: The Proposal

So I get a call from a very nervous Kam, asking me to come shoot his surprise proposal to Raji on the weekend. He has everything perfectly arranged... I show up at the hotel, where has has reserved the penthouse suite balcony area for the big moment. Rose petals, champagne, a cozy fire, an amazing view, and even a violinist, who played a romantic tune from 'Mohabbatein' as Kam brought Raji up the elevator to the suite... 

He spent a few minutes, saying something to her (we were too far away to eavesdrop), but I'm sure it was something along the lines of how much he loves her yadda yadda yadda. And you can tell from the look on her face, that she knew something was coming. And Kam pulls out a box, gets down on his knee and asks Raji to marry him. As teary-eyed as it made me, I managed to get a few shots. Have a look at the quick slideshow of how it all unfolded.

A big congratulations to Raji and Kam. You two have radiating energy in your love, it truly is inspiring.
