Just Married :: Arv & Raj

And here they are - two very young people, who have begun their lives as husband and wife! Growing up with Arv, I can't help but feel proud of this young man. Afterall, he has scored himself a gorgeous lil' gal! It was emotional, and touching, to shoot a wedding at a personal level like this one this past Saturday. Congrats again to my bro Arv, and his beautiful bride Raj. I wish you two the best!

Backyard Baby

Baby Mya is...not too much of a baby anymore. Mom wanted to do a one-year-old photo session of her cutie as she takes her first steps. We started with a play session in her backyard and then took a little walk and enjoyed the sunshine! Happy 1-Year Birthday Mya!

Airplane Love :: Nina + Om Lifestyle Session

Now I totally digged this last photoshoot. Our soon-to-be groom is a pilot, so we put together his two loves (Nina and airplanes - duh!) and made a fantastic photo session of it! I didn't understand half of the flying lingo Om talked about, but did get some really cool shots. What an experience! 7 more days till these two tie the knot!

Seeing Red ::
I had a fabulous session with my cousin bro Arwinder (AKA 'Weiner') and his fiance Rajneet. We re-introduced these temporary Winnipegers to Vancouver by hitting up a few streets in Yaletown, and it was a great decision! To match the couples funky red attire, we found a red and white soda-pop-shop style ice-cream parlour, and we spotted a cherry-red scooter that seemed to just be waiting for us. All-in-all a great session with these two lil' cuties. A few more weeks to the big day...

Sukhi & Gurj :: Lifestyle Session

I had the opportunity to photograph two tv-famous faces this past Friday: Chef Gurj Dhaliwal, and tv host Sukhi Ghuman. We had a colourful and playful session starting at a culinary kitchen where Gurj slaved away showing me his cooking skills, and Sukhi - well, she kept to her nails. This couple is SO adorable - each second of them being together was a great moment to capture. Again, my job is so much easier when the couple can't keep their hands off each other ;) Congratulations on your love Sukhi and Gurj!
